A message to our customers:

REOPENING & NEW SAFETY PROCEDURES

Any person entering the premises will have their temperature taken with a contactless thermometer to ensure that their temperature is within the normal range of 36.6 – 37.5 °C.

Hand sanitizer will be available at the entrance of the building for all personnel to sanitize their hands when entering the premises.

All customers entering the building will be required to wear a face mask. If you do not have one, face masks will be available for sale at $10.00 TTD. Proper mask etiquette must be practiced, covering nose, mouth and chain area no exceptions. Once in the room, mask-wearing will be optional, however it is recommended. Face shields only are not allowed.

Number of Players. Group sizes will be limited to 10 maximum. All rooms have a mandatory minimum of six (6) players.

All games will be private. You will never play with any strangers, once a booking is made any remaining spaces will be blocked.

Each escape room, lobby, bathroom and other high contact areas will be disinfected after each round of customers with medical grade disinfectant. At the end of the business day, we will be fogging the premises with a 24-hour antibacterial cleaner used in hospitals for SARS, MERSA, COVID and other viruses.

Any customer(s) that display symptoms of sickness will be kindly asked to leave the premises. Your game will be rescheduled to a later time once you have recovered. If experiencing any sick like symptoms (cold/flu/allergies, etc.) or have been around someone who is sick or COVID positive, please reschedule your booking to a later time. We will honour one re-booking per group in these circumstances.

To reduce the amount of time spent at the location, the waiver will now be sent in advance. The primary contact (person who makes booking) is responsible for sharing the waiver’s e-link with other members of the group. All waivers must be completed before arriving at location for the scheduled booking.

15. In light of COVID19 and our updated policies for reopening, at this time we only accept cashless payments such as bank transfers – either online deposits or deposits made at the teller. At this time linx and / or credit card payments cannot be facilitated. In order to SECURE your booking we strongly advise making an advance payment via a bank transfer soon after reserving your booking. All payments must be settled at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance. If you’ve made your booking within the 72 hour window, we still strongly recommend making a payment at the earliest convenience. Banking details to make the advance payment is included in your booking email that is sent after you’ve made your booking with us. Please ensure to check your inbox or junk / spam folder in case it may have been sent there by accident. Once a payment has been made, please send us a screenshot of the e-receipt transaction or a photo/scan of the deposit slip to [email protected].
